It's just a small thing, but as I lost 25 lbs over the summer, I'd been adding Crystal Light pink lemonade flavor to my daily water. Over the holidays and then during my failed first week of trying to recover, I'd forgotten about adding the Crystal Light. I saw it in the cupboard and added it yesterday and that may even be the thing that helped me back. It seems to help my cravings for sweets or even to graze. I've tried other flavors, this is the only one that works for me. I'm having a great Day 2 of "Back on Track".
