So far today I've done great. I worked out earlier for 50 min and burned 280ish calories. Now my bum hurts, but it's that good kinda pain! Been a quiet one around my house and I'm thankful for that. After the bussle of the holidays it is nice to have quiet moments. Tomorrow will be busy because I have to get things done before my Seahawks play as I will be busy watching them.
Yesterday I did pretty good with my food choices. I did splurge a little for dinner, but I did have all my bonus points that I hadn't even touched so I didn't and still don't feel bad about the choices I made.
Breakfast -
2 slices wheat bread - 2 points
2 oz turkey meat - 2 points
4 tbsp creamer - 4 points
coffee - 0
apples - 0
Total - 8 points
Lunch -
1 cup Chili - 6 points
2 oz chedder cheese - 2 points
Apples - 0
Smoked cheese - 1 point
Total - 9 points
Dinner -
1/2 cup home fries - 3 points
1 bisquit - 5 points
2 eggs - 4 points
4 turkey bacon slices - 3 points
1 reg bacon slice - 1 point
1 1/2 cups ice cream - 8 points
total - 24 points
grand total for the day - 41 points
32 daily + 4 activity = 36 points - 41 used points = -5 points
-5 points - 49 weekly points = 44 weekly points
So over all from the 1st to now I have done great over all. Yesterday was the first day that I had to dip into my weekly extra points and knowing that feels great! Tomorrow is my OFFICIAL start date to Weight Watchers and this little mini run that I have done just helps prove to myself that this is what I need to do to complete this journey. I'm loving the fact that every day I wake up and I still have that feeling that 2013 IS MY YEAR!
