Saving Time

I'm figuring the best way to save time in my day is to get off Fbook and email. Perhaps if I could plank on the half hour I would feel like I have accomplished something in my evenings. I'm hoping to have more energy as I get back on track, in which case I will bypass sitting on the couch reading and responding to people and will instead get in some exercise. After all, I can do anything for 15 Minutes! ;). It worked before--time to rebuild the habit.

    Howdy Gypsyrover,

I got off a bit but not entirely. I'm in control of it, most days. As for the planking...that didn't last. I'm faithful with running and squats. I just started back at strength training. Have myself in a better spot mentally before heading into the Christmas rush. Planning on staying in control throughout. I'm also trying to be more faithful in sparking. Doing much better this past month or so.

How are you doing?

    The promises are so inviting (social media) -- and yet you can see that we each have to find and set our own priorities. I can't knock one type of relationship over another. If you have the time for both - great. If you have to make some choices, then I agree with cutting back the amount of time as a start. emoticon

    I had to get off Facebook entirely, it was too time consuming. It is amazing how much time one can spend sitting at the computer, even Sparking!! I am now signing off and going to do some fast and furious housework!
