I'm figuring the best way to save time in my day is to get off Fbook and email. Perhaps if I could plank on the half hour I would feel like I have accomplished something in my evenings. I'm hoping to have more energy as I get back on track, in which case I will bypass sitting on the couch reading and responding to people and will instead get in some exercise. After all, I can do anything for 15 Minutes! ;). It worked before--time to rebuild the habit.
