Making this week count

This week, for the first time since before my surgeries, and my physical therapy, I did actually accomplish 3 days of doing at least 10 minutes of morning stretches/weights. And yesterday I did 5 minutes. I also managed to walk about 4 miles during the week.
I have begun.
The scale dropped from the after holiday glut.
I am making it happen.
