My Goals For Now

I have taken the time today to get my goals for this year started, some I have been doing, some I need to improve on, and then there is one that will happen now until we move.
I have done well with logging on every day and hopefully this trend will continue for seeing no problems to keep from doing so.
Continue tracking food ---at leat 4/5 times aweek.
Continue tracking water even if I don't make the days quota--shows where imrovement needed.
Continue tracking all exercise--a must.
Try to increase fruits and veggies as I have been slacking in this goal--sometimes due to medical problems
Continue to down size 45 years of stuff accumulated to make move easier- for this spring or summer---this will be tough in some areas where some things hold a lot of sentimental value for me. This also can have some exercise value ans climbing the ladder is involved with getting to the top of my cupboards ---I have a lot of stuff and had the space for it. Have found less kitchen space in the places we have checked out so far.
Have my goals and will probablely change some , even add some later.
