BANANA SHAKE WITH CHIA SEEDS

1/4 BANANA
1 CUP SKIM MILK
2 TSP SPOONS OF CHIA SEEDS
1 TBSP OF SMART BALANCE RICH ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER
1 TSP OF CINNAMON

For me it was needed for a quick snack in between now and dinner.
