Finding Time

Today I watched a video here on the site about finding that "25th" hour. It has motivated me to keep moving toward my goals and finding the time get workouts in and complete my weekly meals planning. Between surfing web and playing words with friends I know I can find the extra time to keep focus on my healthy lifestyle changes.

    Even 20 to 30 minutes of activity is great! I know how hard it is to do sometimes but you will have more energy to get more done! Good luck!
