It's been almost 2 years since blog entry. And probably that long since I've used my written journal too! I know how important it is now because I've been in a steady decline over the last 2 years. I have let "life" get in the way and I'm feeling the consequences now. My eating habits are awful. I have let exercise take a back seat to sleep. I haven't been able to stick with Spark Team challenges or meeting goals for about 4 months now. I've gained weight and lost energy. Now I am committed to getting that energy back and losing some of these extra pounds!
This week more than one friend has told me to wait until next week (to start eating healthy and exercising). I can't wait one more week...the time is now!
It's amazing how much better I feel this week just eating better and adding back in a little exercise. I'm determined to keep making positive changes and getting back to the healthier version of ME!
