I've been away from SparkPeople for a few years and it feels good to be back.
One of the first things I did upon my return was to read the blog posts from that time. I truly hadn't remembered accomplishing some of those things. It felt great to know what I'm capable of!
During this time away, I've stayed within 5 pounds of my goal weight, and I've kept on counting calories.
I haven't been as good lately about exercise. It's hard to get motivated when it's below zero outside!
Since getting back into SparkPeople, I've tried to address especially eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking more water. I'll continue to count calories and I plan to get in more activity. Reading other SparkPeople posts has been extremely motivating!
