Interesting perspective

I was reading an SP article about motivation yesterday that noted that you never really "lose" your motivation as long as you still desire to get fit and/or lose weight. It's simply a matter of deciding, when you would rather pig out or skip a work out, which you want more.

I love that notion. Words sometimes have far more power than we think.
