I fell asleep last night pretty early. I woke up with a lot of energy and feeling pretty good. I am slowly reducing the amount of pain medication I am on along with sleep aides. I have had insomina since I was a young teen. Thankfully taking a melatonin supplement helps immensely. I am at work catching up on things that piled up over the holidays, but am enjoying the beautiful sunshine and warmer weather. I am excited to go for a hike in a little bit with a friend that I haven't seen for a while. Blessed in the flexibility my schedule offers with work and I can have breaks when needed.
