So I have lost more than 1k in the new year already, more than that actually but I try to be modest (it might not last, the big k loss I eman not the modesty).
And I have learnt that if Orange Man does not want to join in I should let him do his own thing because trying to involve someone who does not want to be involved doesn't work. It gets to the point where some - even I - might call it nagging...
Orange Man did help me though as he cooks during the week (lucky me!) and he cooked even healthier meals than he already does. Great for me (and for him)!
But we went swimming on Sunday and I went twice more during the week, drank heaps of water though I'm still below what it should be. Went back to work and enjoyed sitting with my new team at my old work place after being on a secondment for nearly 2 years.
Looking forward to next week, am going to try to drink the 8 glasses (of water!) per day and eat healthy lunches, those are my 2 focus poits this week.
Good luck everyone, just wondering if you have any thoughts on getting spouses, partners, friends involved if they are not that inclined to. Am I right to not nag Orange Man, could I have gone about it in a different way?
