I believe I can be the best I can be and everyday I can be better.
I believe I am changing for the better.
I believe this is easier this year? Last year I was a puddle of yuk for two weeks. This year, I had my angry day, my energy through the roof day and my hungry day.
I don't know how this will end, but I'm happy not to have those horrible withdrawals, so far I might add.
Hurdle yesterday? first "company luncheon" My only healthy options were plan bbq beef (no bbq it was separate, and plain lettuce salad, so that's what I ate. Yeah me. I was so hungry when I got home, I caved and ate bacon. I was going to avoid bacon this go round. turns out it was my savior. for dinner I had bacon avocado, tomato, carrot and cucumber and broccoli salad, and a bit of stew. (paleo friendly)
Breakfast coffee with coconut milk- ham, and squash
Snack, bacon Avocado salad with broccoli, cucumbers
lunch chicken burger with mushrooms.
probably chicken burger and avocado for dinner
I'm thinking about making white chicken chili, crock pot chicken and coconut milk with cauliflower and crock pot pork and pumpkin hummus. That or I'm going to do the "once a month cooking" and do those recipes. (i have to go shopping for crock pot, as all mine broke last year)
