Beginning on Monday, January 7, 2013, the following will go into effect:
1.) I will go to the gym at least 4 times a week. If for any reason that I do not, there will be a monetary penalty. I will do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training.
2.) I will plan every meal Monday - Friday. I will have back-up meals and substitutions just in case. On the weekends, I will loosely plan, but leave some room. I will try new recipes and foods at least once a week. I will also keep in mind that while trying new foods are great, easy and quick meals can be just as healthy. I will focus on healthy choices and log my food intake. I will limit my alcohol, sugar, and cheese.
3.) I will set smaller weight loss goals to keep me motivated. I aim to weigh 190 by March 10th.
I WILL achieve my goals. God is by my side and nothing can stop Him.
