I was a bit surprised to see a loss today. I input my salad out of curiosity, and it put my daily Na intake at 4,605 mg. I went to watch my friends play some basketball, but didn't play. I went to the gym afterwards, and did my 90 minute walk. No one to talk to, so it was booooring. I had a mushroom omelette for breakfast, and am eating chicken, tomatoes, and onion for lunch. The other half I cooked up is in the fridge for supper. I also have 2 oz cheese cubes for a snack. I have been drinking a lot of water today, almost at 10 cups right now. Maybe it is from all the sodium, and I am wondering if it will stop my weight loss tomorrow. All I can do is eat the food on my tracker today, and see what happens tomorrow.I did cut my carbs/protein a bit, and added olive oil to my lunch/dinner. My peaches are done, and I think I will just have mushroom omelettes for breakfast. Fruit makes me nervous. If I do have fruit, I will wait till I can get fresh fruit. Also going to cut out the macadamia nuts, due to them being so expensive. I need the calcium in the cheese anyways.
That's all I got for today. Tomorrow is Biggest Loser day, so it is going to be good.
