Should have stayed in bed...

Yea, my Saturday started out way to early. I was at the gym before my 8 am step class. We watched the insanity workout in front of yes, yes, it is I was the only one in the class, she was offering me an journey to use the gym equipment instead of a single class! Yay! Then two people walked in and killed that plan.... My step class was killer, we used weights on the steps for the first 20 minutes. Mind you, they were only 3 pound weights, but my arms were shaking! Then the last 40 minutes were core and arm exercises. She made us use five pound weights! I could barely lift them!

My sister and I were supposed to go for a run afterwards, but she was sore. I did stop and see if I could do it. I ran around the park on an snowy road twice. I believe that my time was 1.2 miles on 18 minutes! Ok, not ad for my first run on snow, with no breakfast, after step class.

All in all, I survived today and that is all that matters!

    You did better than me, today was a nice day to run and I procrastinated until it was too late. tomorrow is another day and another opportunity. Keep up the great work and way to go on choosing to run.

    Great job Kerrie,

    I love reading about you overcoming your obstacles and still making the time to get stuff in. It is very inspirational. Be careful running on packed snow I might invest in some cleats for your shoes that stuff can be very dangerous.

    I'm impressed! Out of bed before 8 a.m. on a Saturday is an accomplishment if you ask me! And then to do all that on a cold, snowy day? You should pat yourself on the back!
