Falling For Fitness Challenge- Streak Blog

Well a few weeks back our challenge was to develop some streaks we wanted to implement, mine were water and fitness, can't say I did well implementing those initially, but I have been doing well this past week.

So going forward I want to continue to drink a minimum of 2L per day of water and work out 250 minutes per week.

    Great goals! Wow I wish I could workout 250 minutes a week, I am lucky if I reach that in a month.
