Good day everyone!
Got my exercise in today. 10 min on treadmill.
weight training exercises, and 1 min on tramp.
Food is on target.
FBS was 111 this morning so that is good as well.
Would like to get it closer to 100, but 111 is good
for now LOL No hypos yesterday.
Still tired so I stayed home from Carmelites today.
Was just not sure it was a good time for a 100 mile trip
yet. Only two weeks since last one and new diet and
bs levels worried me.
Going to fess up on a happening Friday, hopefully,
I will not repeat it. 8. 5 years ago, I quit biting my
fingernails. Figured since I quit smoking 10 years
before that, I could stop that habit. Welll, Friday night
I went "nuts" and bit all 10 to the quick *sigh* Don't
know why .. stress from the diet, not sure. But hope I
don't do it again.
