I love Virtual Active fitness DVDs. Today I did a 30 minute hike through Sidney, Australia (in my living room). I actually did a combination jog/walk to keep my heart rate up. I haven't been able to do anything remotely high impact because of my knees, so this is an improvement.
This past week I have hiked northern Italy and the forests of Germany. I love being able to see the architecture and scenery of other countries and exercise at the same time.
