Well, this month to detox from all the crap I ate over Christmas and New Years I have decided to go Vegan for the month of January. From January 1 to the 31 my meal will be plant based and I will be supplementing my Omega 3s. I hope this teaches me to fully understand the importance of a plant based diet and will allow me to try new things. I hope that later I will be able to reincorporate meat, poultry, etc into my diet a few times a week, but eat mostly vegetarian meals.
