I have become hooked on smoothies, spinach, kale, banana, yogurt, blueberries, etc. plant based breakfast. reducing my meat intake. Meatless Mondays for sure. Fish 2 to 3 times a week. I bought a magic bullet and love it. I also got a small wok just right for 2 people.
Taking more opportunities to exercise. Here's the deal. No dieting just making some better decisions on what I eat. Not going to fall into the trap of saying you can't eat this or that. Just one meal at a time listening to my body and doing what I know is right.
I am on a budget however, need to save save save for retirement so I can travel. A lot!
