    Hope your Sunday went well too! Moving on anf forgiving yourself is hard ( I know...Friday nights tend to be my bad nights so I am always forgiving myself on Saturday mornings). Sounds like you got right back up. My only sugestion would be to not skip meals. I know sometimes we are not hungry at mealtime but I always have something even if it is light. The body tends to hold onto stored calories if meals are skipped! Hope you have a great week!

    Try a little meat and a small amount of shredded cheese in your salad so you don't get sick of them. I use 100 cal guacamole packets it makes it hmmm so good. I hat running in the cold too. I focus on my strength training but I also have a punching bag in my garage. Boxing is an amazing workout and stress reliever. My bag was $50 and my gloves were $20-ish. An investment in myself that was totally worth it!

    :) thanks for the comment on my page, its going okay on my side..... Thursday and Friday I ate ALOT and whatever I wanted, it was just going to be Thursday...but it went on in to Friday even though I said I wasn't going to let it! But today I am back on track, all I have left to worry about is not over eating during dinner and I'll have another day down! Hmm working out in the cold.....I have a hard time, I pretty much don't do it even tho I should! Its been 18 and below here lately!!! BUT I did think about WHY I don't like to, and its def the breathing that cold air in and my hears/eyes being cold. SO I would get some ear muffs at least and wrap a scarf around n over your mouth! And get some gloves, and wear layers, so you can take off or add some on....so basically become a mummy and your good to go! emoticon

    You do seem a little down so I hope you can lift yourself up!!! I live in Texas and have the same problem with cold weather walks. I just freeze this time of year. Have you tried layers if cclothes. I wear at least a t shirt under a sweater, then a muffler over my mouth and small hat. warm socks in the clothes dryer helps too,
