and paid the price for it this morning emoticon . I attended a church reunion last night and boy I ate everything I was offered, of course this morning the scale showed the fruit of my indulgence but not to worry, I'm back on track and moving on.

    It happens, but so long as it doesn't become a habit it's not so bad to indulge like that. The main thing is that instead of continuing today, you went back to your plan.
