Last time I cleaned up my diet, my husband commented how I looked younger!
I am noticing the same thing, the bags under the eyes and signs of fatigue are fading! Could this be evidence of the "stress" that sugar and white carbs/ wheat puts on my body. Not everyone is the same I know, but for me, I know I am better without those mentioned.
I am down to two coffee/espresso's a day....
I bought some unsweetened 100 % cocoa chocolate yesterday and had a square with a few dates. It is not possible to binge on that chocolate, it is strong and bitter! Just the way I love it!
Sometimes I eat it with a small handful of almonds too.
This helps me get through that " I NEED SOMETHING CHOCOLATEY" craving.
yesterday I unpacked my new food processor I got for Christmas, it is soooo nice!
I made my banana chocolate ice cream! YUM! ( no icecream maker required) - to be honest it is more like soft serve!

Yesterday the kids went sledding, it was a load of fun, we only stayed out for an hour, it was rather chilly at - 5 , but with the wind chill it felt like - 8 C
