Oh what a year already! We ended 2012 with the stomach flu and we are now ringing in 2013 with Influenza. Normally I don't catch what the kids have, but I have caught both of these. I've been pushing through so far with my workouts, but my chest/lungs really hurt. Nutrition has been fine because nothing sounds good and I can't taste anything anyway. I do not want to take a day off of working out, that is when I fall off the wagon and can't get back on. I am just going to listen to my body and take it easier on my workouts when it hurts, but muckle through it. I hope you all are having a better weekend!

    Maybe try some Pilates or yoga type moves? That way your still moving... emoticon
