Big Loss = Keep Going, NOT Eating!

I lost 7.8 lbs. this week! Woohoo! This is my first week starting back up.....and is a great motivator. Usually, when I start out and lose a bunch of weight in the first week, its like I give myself the excuse to eat more since I'm ahead of the game.
I've setup a spreadsheet to lose approx. 2 lbs. per week....and this week I almost lost 3 times that much! Does that give me the excuse to eat 3 times as much food? NO! I cannot fall back into old patterns. I cannot make excuses. Losing weight, does not give me the excuse to eat more food.
I need to keep doing the exact same things I did this week: I ate about 1600-1800 calories all week, and exercised for 45 minutes each day. I didn't restrict too much and felt good the whole week, without being hungry or deprived.
I have to keep being honest with myself and not make any excuses. I have to keep going, keep pushing and keep reaching for my goals. Onward!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful & successful week as well!
