No miraculous 4-pound loss over night. But am ready for day 4. Plan on a 30-minute walk before lunch. Struggling with what to have for breakfast. Probably a scrambled egg and spinach. Maybe a tomato, too.
I've been analyzing my feedback at the end of the day here as well as on South Beach's site. I definitely have a salt problem. So, over the next few days, I plan to focus on keeping my salt in recommended ranges and see if that helps.
Lunch today will be a turkey bacon/tomato/lettuce salad. No mayo but probably a little pepper.
