I realize 5 days isn't a lot. But it's more than nothing :) And I'm pretty pleased with that. You have to start somewhere, right?
School starts on the 10th, and that's where the real test is going to begin; real life. I love it though, because during school I don't have to prepare meals-- I have the cafeteria.
So here's my plan:
1. Workout 30-60 minutes every day (depending on how hard the workout is)
2. Eat 1200 calories a day. I will achieve this by eating salad and whatever is healthy at lunch, then eating my sack dinner from the school (which consists of fruit and 1 or 2 sandwiches).
3. Try to start eating breakfast. It's good for you, but I simply "don't have time". I have to start working on that!!
I think I can stick to it, because my plan is real life-- I don't feel like I'm setting myself up for failure.
