This is the first blog i have done for a long time, although at the moment im not losing weight im still walking everyday and trying to eat as healthly as i can.
Im due to give birth to my first child in 24days time and i must say im very excited.
The pregnancy has gone very quick and has been problem free.
I have tried to not to put too much weight on during the pregnacy, at the start i lost around 9lbs as i wasnt eating very well, i have put that 9lbs back on along with another 1st 4bs. i am hoping to breastfeed when the baby is born and i am also hoping to go to buggy group and will keep up with the walking. once im settled and in a routine with our new addition i will be back to my diet and tracking what i eat.
I have really enjoyed being pregnant but im also really looking forward to getting back on track with my weight loss and meeting my goals.
