My snacking is sabotaging my weightloss efforts. I do great at meals and even snacks until about 2:30 or 3. Then I get the munchies and even when I choose healthy snacks I eat too many / too much. I also have a bad cereal before bed habit. This goes all the way back to childhood. A small bowl doesn't do it. I love a huge, heaping bowl of cereal. I need to find a better solution. I need to learn to be satisfied with a small snack and either cut out the cereal or learn to be satisfied with a small amount. This is my goal for this week. To work on this bad habit.
