Feeling pretty good.

For the first time EVER I stuck to my strength training routine on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I have done every day of my hundred push up challenge. Modified (fomerly girlie ones) but still. Today is 30. It is getting hard but I am sticking with it.

This week I tracked everything even the one day i went over. By 150 calories, I was out to dinner with friends and mad the best choices I could.

And I stuck to the wine only once a week.

Tomorrow is my hiking day. It is supposed to be really cold and my hiking buddy broke her toe, thankfully my other hiking buddy makes me feel guilty if I don't take her so I dug out all the arcic wear.

The holiday damage is almost all gone so I would say 2013 is off to a great start.
