Free days are a good thing

Walked again. I walked much faster because the wind was blowing and made me very cold. I came home and did a 5 Mile Advanced Walk.

I ate some onion rings at Red Robin, so I definitely splurged. I think a free day now and then is fine. It boosts the metabolism. Really!! I only ate half my Garden Burger and Fries. It sure tasted good. It was a nice meal with my son and his friend who is spending the weekend.

I ran errands getting ready for my Spiritual Retreat next week. I am leaving Sunday for Lake Tahoe to spend 5 days with my mentor doing training and taking in some nice activities while there. I started packing.

I had a pedicure at the spa and got some waxing done. It makes me feel so good to treat myself.

I did a couple more hours of Heart Chakra Clearing videos. I finished the series, except for the 5 bonus videos and then I will move up to the throat chakra. I really had a big shift during the Heart Chakra clearing before I finished. I feel more grounded and tuned in.
