I seem to live with a higher level of stress than most - and now it seems normal. When my stress increases I have to look for the little things - salt cravings, snacking, loss of focus, loss of concentration. Yesterday obviously a high stress day - as I could not seem to focus on any thing and was "hungry" even though I knew I had had plenty to eat. Need to figure out how to get off of this treadmill as it is a significant barrier to getting anything done which adds to the negative effects.
Still working on it.
