I was reading through one of my team's posts, and a member had a great idea: she cooks 2 or 3 Crock Pot meals per week, and eats the leftovers during the other 4 days of the week.
It isn't boring if you change up how you eat the leftovers, and you cook the food you love. She said it's cheap and it helps her stay on track with her meal planning.

I am definitely going to try to plan my meals using my Crock Pot and get creative with the leftovers! I think it will be a lot easier to stick to my diet on the days when I'm busy when my lunch/dinner is already done.

Just thought I'd share this tip with anyone looking for easy meal solutions during the week.
