Weekends don't worry me like they used to.
I have a plan.
I know how to have healthy meals and snacks.
I know that what I consume is a choice.
I know that any choices that aren't perfect don't mean failure.
I know that I will succeed this time!
Weekends are not to be feared.
Remember, I'm living, not dieting.
We have date night tonight.
Yep, I still date my hubby.
Will have cocktails, and likely will have snackies.
That won't mean I fail.
Tracking calories is helping me. I'll sum up tonight's adventures tomorrow.
It's all good.
