Day 4 was better

Well I adjusted my body bug a few days back. It now has BIG GOALS! Unattainable goals? Not so much but goals that I have to work at to get to, and goals I won't make 'every day' (at least not at the beginning. Yesterday I almost reached them all. Almost! It was so close but I had to let myself not reach them.
MY new goals on my body bug are:
3000 calories burned: I got 2789
1:00 hour of Vg exercise: I got 1:01
1:30 of mod Exercise: I got 1:25
15000 steps: I got 17000 steps
I upped the calorie burned from 2300,
vg: was 30 min
mod: was 1:00
Yesterday was a non work day again, the last day of vacation. I know what I had to do to almost reach all of those goals. I know what I could of and should of done to reach the goals. Today it will not look like I reached them or came close to and that's OK. Why? Because today is swimming day and you don't swim with this thing on.
What did I do to reach almost 3000 calories burned?
1:15 min on the precor (some how it only had me at 1:00 of vg doing this) but I got some mod in also.
Later I did some 'walking' on the precor for about 30 min.
A little shopping with my daughter.
All in all I think it was a good day. My mood was a bit better.
Today is swim class we are doing something different today! We are swimming 113 x 50! I don't think I will get all 113 done but it will be fun to swim almost non stop for 2 hours! Wish me luck.
