Well - Over the holidays I fell off the wagon so to say....and I gained back a lot of weight. Since they have ended I have begun journaling again, drinking my water, and exercising. Over the holidays I hurt my back so that stopped my exercise plan as well, and being home not moving did not help me iwth my plan.
I am doing well the past few days and I have started the C25K team and plan to train to jog/run a 5k!!! This is something I have wanted to do for a long time and 2013 is going to be the year!!!
