Hi everyone good morning!!!! Early start for work today so today's blog is short and sweet. So busy day ahead planed! And I'm wondering how I'm gonna get a work out in. So here are some of my ideas. This first one I stole from someone else lol but every time i go to the restroom do 10 squats and 10 lunges. Park in the last parking space at work(more walking). When I go to drop off things at my river house carry them in the house one sack by one. And with luck maby I can get in a short session on my treadmill and some yoga. I know it wont add up to the 45min i usually do but at least I'm not opting out. Well that's all for now I will keep everyone posted.
