I am up and at 'em today, but really would rather be in bed. I feel a bit stuffy. I don't have time to get the crud that is going around. So, I am up and getting ready for zumba. I fear if I slow down too much it might catch me. NO THANKS!!!
So for me it's keep moving, LOTS of water,
and lots of veggies and fruits.
