So today's challenge is to have a schedule of when I eat
This shouldn't be too difficult since it's a Saturday and I can usually take a break at this job to eat something if I need to; at my full time job I may have difficulties. But I have definitely try.
I guess one part I like about it is trying to limit my eating, because i DO mindlessly eat, especially when I get home and when there are snacks around.
One part I don't like is that I can't plan when my sugars go low (or even high, so I can't eat); but I can't let that control this. I have to be better at controlling my sugar levels and not let them take over my life like I seem to let them.
Anyway, I ate breakfast but here's the plan, for today at least:
Dinner: 5 or 6:00pm
Snack: 8:00pm, if needed
Hope I can stick to my guns! We'll see how this goes
