So far, we are 5 days into 2013
My Food Journal is really helping me see where I can improve and where I need to concentrate more.
I should be getting my annual bonus next week, so then I can stock up on healthy foods etc. There is a eating plan I am interested in using for the next couple of weeks.
Will post about it everyday and track my progress from there.
I am also getting my own TV and DVD player, which means I can dig my exercise DVD's out and actually use them. Can't wait.
