and I went for walk.
It was my mums birthday yesterday and we had KFC. I don't have it very often and I overindulged a bit. I was feeling really bloated. ( I also broke my no chocolate rule to have a little bit with her - but back on the case today)
I had planned on walking this morning but decided to do my just under 3 mile route rather than 1.5 mile route.
I almost talked myself out of it at the turning point but carried on anyway. I skipped walking through the park as its a bit cold so there's not many people there.
Even so it was 2.75 miles instead of 2.84 so its not skipped by much - and I did it in 51 minutes!! I didn't check the time whilst i was walking I just kept going and ramped it up and eased up from time to time but I didn't stop.
And I'm slightly faster than my walk the other day!! I'm working late this week so I have more time in the morning so I'm going to try and do the 3 mile route every day next week!
Airline seat here I come!!
