What would happen if just for a minute I stopped worrying about all the things I am not,
I am not skinny.
I am not perfect.
I am not an excellent housekeeper.
I am not a perfect parent.
I am not oh so many other things.
What would happen if just for a day I stopped to worry about all that I am not. It is OK to have goals that will help me to be all that I want to be. It is OK to learn it is OK to try harder it is Ok to be the best person I can be right now.
It is OK if that person does not have a perfect body.
It is OK if that person makes mistakes.
it is OK if that person has a messy house
full of children who make there own choices and have parents who sometimes just don't know what to do.
it is OK If I have so much to learn.
You know what is wonderful?
It is OK to make this journey and see what better is WITHOUT any unkindness for what I did not know yesterday or today and what it make take me a few tomorrows to figure out.
