From a SP friend.... three goals a day to help nudge me to better health.
1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
Did NOT meet this goal. I used to never eat in the evening, but I've gotten in the habit the last couple of years.
