Well I did it! I went to a birthday party tonight and I ate a little bit of not so good of stuff, then I did get a snack on the way home with my kid-o but I didn't have even 1 little drink. That's right! NO drinks! I think I'm partied out. Who would have ever thought that would happen?
I got my workouts in this week and I am actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout. I am looking forward to cleaning another small area in my house. I think it might be the stand next to my bedroom door and my daughters toys in my living room. am so thoroughly excited with my night stand and table that I have de-cluttered that I just want to be in bed next to the one little tiny space of no dust and clutter! I feel as though I might actually get it done this year. I am going to tackle my clutter like I do my weight loss.... Small little goals. No huge rush just peck away at it a little here and a little there.
Now in my new smaller self (not tiny but smaller) I have bought myself the most expensive coat I've ever owned or will own I imagine. It's the coat I've been dreaming of my whole life. It's black leather with zippers. It's like a super classy leather jacket but kind of has that bad ass biker feel too it also. OH MY I LOVE this coat. It is a little snug in the arms but there is no making an arm bigger. It's perfect fit in the body warrants me keeping it. I could lose 50 pounds and I think the jacket will still fit good. Loose but good. Oh how I love this jacket. Anyhow, I wanted to wear it tonight to the birthday party but I have restricted myself. I can not wear the best jacket ever until I lose the 10 pounds I put on over the holidays. I'm dying! But I figure it's the best way to get my butt in gear.
So a re-cap of my goals for the rest of the weekend.
1. Keep trying to stay in calorie count. LOG everything!
2. Workout.... No matter what do some movement.
3. Pick an area - 1 toy rack and little stand by my door and remove clutter.
4, Find homes for the basket of removed clutter. Home might be actually put away or donated. Either way find it's home.
By the way.... Have I said how much I love my husband for spoiling me to death? I sit here typing all about my new coat that I'm in love with on my new keyboard for our Ipad. Seriously.... I have it good....
Great husband, family.... and of course all the best gadgets in the world.
