well the last few days have been a tuff ride with all my injuries i haven't got to move much but i was determined to walk at least 20 minutes just so i was doing something and my fitbit shows a graph of the past few days and it is going up so each day i did alittle more.

that gives me some hope,one thing i am getting finally that every step, and healthy food choice is one step closer.

Today my daughter stopped at fast food and asked if i wanted anything and i was starting to get hungry but knew the next stop was home so i waited and fixed me a healthy lunch of a quick tuna salad pita and those little things like that let's me know i'm getting stronger and know i will continue to do so.

we can do this!!! i can do this!!! one day at a time!
