Staying on Track.

Yes it has been a lot easier to stay on track for the last few days. I have managed to get my exercise in and even meditate. I have been feeling better taking some daily vitamins and calcium tablets. Drinking water down to one home made soda a day if that. Whew I can get this done I know I can it's just a change that has to become part of my life. Not just a now thing.
