Today I'm just posting the goals, they are divided into Goals for the year, and Goals for the Month.

Year Long Goals

1. Run 24 races between 1 mile (up to 12) 5k (up to 10) 10k (up to 3) and a half marathon (at least 1) (at least 3 official races)

2. Drink soda only if you ran more miles than you're drinking in ounces.

1. Drink 8 cups of water a day

2. Bring lunch to work 3/5 days

3. Do 10 minutes of exercise per day

4. Count Calories - Don't go over 1800 - 2500.

I like your January goals!!
Get a liter bottle of water, write your name on it with a sharpie and refill it!
Good for you bringing your lunch to work!!
You know lots of different things to do for the exercise. Just get into the routine of doing it!!
