I got to the gym tonight -- 1st time in 3 weeks. I was tired, but I knew I needed to go and get back into the routine. I did the very first workout my trainer gave me 2 years ago. I am going to start working through the workouts she gave me. I have around 50 or so. I am planning to definitely go on Mondays and Thursdays and then other days when I can.
I also made a doctor's appointment for next week. I am tired of being exhausted all the time. I have been doing some research and I think I might have adrenal fatigue. So, we will see what he has to say.
I loaded on the frame my granddaughter's quilt for her twin bed. Now I can work on quilting it whenever I have a little time. I am also sewing a couple of aprons for my daughter and daughter-in-law done (they were Christmas gifts that I didn't get done before Christmas).

2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
70 min (home treadmill + gym workout)
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day..
