So, I'm having difficulty reaching my fitbit daily goal of 8K steps. I think part of that is my injury to my butt/hip. I fell down some stairs a couple weeks ago, resulting in a very deep bruise on one butt cheek, and thus irritating my IT Band on that leg. Tailbone is okay. I normally do a lot more walking, but I've been slower and less mobile lately from that fall.
I did, however, hit 15 flights of stairs today. WOOHOO!!!
